Long & flat, something new

I’ve been build­ing my run train­ing around hard stuff.  You know, hills, sprints, uneven ter­rain, even ruck runs.  It nev­er occurred to me to add some long and flat dis­tance in, so I was inter­est­ed when Lau­ren brought up a Mis­sion Bay/Fiesta Island run. 

Average

If you think you’re not aver­age, you’re either an idiot or you’re right. You’re prob­a­bly (and I say this with all sci­en­tif­ic sin­cer­i­ty) an idiot.

Got in yes­ter­day from an overnight trip up to the hill coun­try of Sri Lan­ka, an inter­est­ing and edu­ca­tion­al expe­ri­ence as well as being almost com­plete­ly enjoy­able.  23Jan.
